Originally established in Zirabo, Ashulia, our rapid growth led us to our current state-of-the-art facility in Shailat, Sreepur, Gazipur. Spanning 52,000 SFT, our factory is strategically located just 56 KM from Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport, Dhaka, ensuring seamless logistics for international buyers.

I hold an M.Sc. in Textiles and Clothing from the University of Dhaka, a background that has provided me with both the technical depth and the strategic perspective necessary to navigate this fast-paced industry. My focus is on blending traditional craftsmanship with modern technology to ensure our products—from specialized insulation to quilted fabrics—remain at the forefront of quality
With over two decades of technical and entrepreneurial experience, Engr. Md. Mizanur Rahman is a visionary leader in the textile insulation industry. A 2004 graduate of the Bangladesh University of Textiles (BUTEX), he spent his early career mastering the intricacies of textile processing—from yarn to finished garments.
In 2010, he transitioned into business, eventually founding his non-woven venture in 2019. Under his leadership, M.Rahman Quilting & Padding Ltd. has become a specialized provider of high-performance materials, including Synthetic Down, Ball Down, and Quilted Fabrics. Driven by a commitment to sustainability and innovation, his mission is to bolster Bangladesh’s garment sector and enhance the nation’s export footprint through world-class manufacturing standards
