Spanning over 4,000 square feet, this specialized facility features state-of-the-art machinery imported from China, ensuring precision, high loft, and superior thermal performance. Our production capacity is built for large-scale industrial requirements:

• Synthetic Down Lines: Two advanced production lines with a massive capacity of 8,000 kgs per day, providing the perfect lightweight alternative to natural down.
• Ball Down Line: One dedicated line with a capacity of 1,000 kgs per day, ideal for high-end puffer jackets and premium bedding.
